Description:

The sarong shows the seven narrow black  lines Per half piece compulsory for a sarong of the Greater Blossom group. Children’s clothes until puberty have stripes but no ikat motifs. The first sarong worn by a girl èi leko wue traditionally did not have the red colour either.  However as a member of the Greater Blossom (hubi ae) the mother Lena Jami wove red edges at the middle seam.
